Liegenschaften AG is a family business with 18 employees and headquarters in Basel. For generations, we have stood for independent and responsible real estate management. To strengthen our accounting team, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Real Estate Accountant
Real Estate Accountant (50-70 %)
Your tasks:
Independent management of real estate accounts
Tenant accounts receivable accounting including dunning management
Accounts payable accounting and payment runs
Preparation of heating and service charge statements
Preparation of annual financial statements for the real estate accounts
Management of payroll accounting and social security for the caretakers
Contact person in payment processing for tenants, owners, caretakers, and authorities
Completion of general administrative tasks in accounting
Your profile:
Commercial education and several years of professional experience as well as preferably further training in accounting (e.g., Sachbearbeiter Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung/ Rechnungswesen or similar)
Sound experience in real estate accounting
Confident use of Excel and Word, knowledge of ImmoTop2 is an advantage
Native German (stylistically proficient in speaking and writing), English is an advantage
Team-oriented personality
A strong flair for numbers
Service-oriented thinking and acting with healthy assertiveness
Reliable, independent, and exact way of working
Workload: 50-70% (partially in home office)
