Nursing Assistant SRK 40- 80%

Your tasks

• You work independently and yet are not alone - you have freedoms in work organization, and in the team, there is exchange of experience and mutual support
• Your commitment is in the right place - directly with people in their homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
• You support our customers with basic care according to individual needs
• You care for and support our customers in everyday life, accompany joint shopping trips, or prepare meals
• You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
• Your workplace extends across the entire city of Bern incl. agglomeration (e.g., Ostermundigen, Köniz, Muri b. Bern). You are constantly in motion and enjoy fresh air.

• You have training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or are willing to complete such training - we will support you in this
• You are flexible and accustomed to working independently
• Even if you are retired, we welcome you warmly
• Your many years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is not a requirement, but an advantage
• You have a pleasant, friendly tone of voice and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations
• Ideally, you possess your own car and reside in the Bern region
• Your language skills are ideally tailored to our customer group and to our team
