Job description ###

• Be autonomous at one's workstation (hot / cold)
• Able to work for renowned clients
• Respect for standards and technical sheets
• Rigorous application of HACCP standards
• Contribution to the creative dynamics of the establishment
• split shifts or continuous work depending on needs
• Preparation of mise en places
• Ensuring live cooking service (facing the client)

Profile ###

• experience in a gastronomic establishment or Caterer
• adapts easily and quickly to the team in place
• Keen sense of organization and teamwork
• passionate, curious and great sense of detail
• You have at least a CFC cuisine and several years of experience
