• Responsibility for the residual financing of nursing home and Spitex services, including cost approvals
• Technical coordination and cooperation with the age representative of Pro Senectute
• Leading one employee
• Planning and implementation of projects as well as participation in working groups and specialist committees
• Organization of information and public relations as well as events in the age sector
• Maintenance and expansion of cooperation with institutions and partners in the age sector

You bring with you: ###

• University of applied sciences degree/university degree or adequate training and further education in the field of social work, long-term care, or other specialists from the field of health and social affairs
• Further education or experience in the field of gerontology
• Very good knowledge of the cantonal nursing financing regulations
• Basic knowledge of community work
• Ability to organize the area of responsibility independently
• Very good conceptual skills as well as experience in project work
• Very good oral and written expression in German
• Business-oriented and cost-conscious thinking
