The Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Hagendorn specializes in the education and care of children and adolescents with a cognitive and/or multiple impairment.

For our residential group for children aged approx. 5 to 16 years, we are looking for support as a maternity cover, starting immediately or by arrangement, limited until 31 July 2027, with the option of extension.

Your tasks ###

• Creating a diverse pedagogical offering that enables the children optimal social and individual development towards the greatest possible independence
• Designing the support planning with competence objectives for the reference children as the process-responsible reference person
• Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, as well as external and internal specialists
• Innovative development within the overall institution and in your own team

Your profile ###

• Completed training in social pedagogy or Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• Experience in accompanying children and adolescents with a cognitive impairment or high motivation to acquire this
• Enjoyment of individualized care settings and the design of creative solution approaches
• Humorous and resilient personality
