For over 65 years, the Stiftung RgZ has supported the development, life design, and social integration of people with movement abnormalities, developmental impairments, intellectual or multiple disabilities.

In eight early intervention and therapy centers for children, two special education schools, two daycare centers, one sheltered workshop, one bicycle workshop, one restaurant, seven socio-pedagogically supervised apartments, and one residential home for adults, around 290 employees promote, teach, care for, and employ approximately 3500 children, youths, and adults annually.

Your tasks

• Collaboration within the class team in teaching and care
• Supporting the students during learning and during breaks
• Taking over nursing activities
• Taking over administrative work
• Participation in school development and involvement in working groups

Your profile

• completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung
• experience in dealing with people with special needs
• interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
• good communication skills
• resilience and assertiveness
