In the Presidential Directorate, the threads of politics, administration, and the public come together. Monument preservation protects, maintains, and documents the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town and selected buildings in the quarters.

TASKS & PROFILE

What you move

• Further develop the UNESCO management plan and implement it in practice
• Accompany planning and construction projects in the UNESCO World Heritage site and represent the concerns of the management plan
• Coordinate demanding projects with specialist departments, authorities, external partners, and other stakeholders
• Develop innovative solutions for climate adaptation, energy, inclusion, and a future-oriented Old Town
• Further develop and make visible the foundations, monitoring, and communication of the UNESCO World Heritage site

What you bring

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, as well as ideally specialist knowledge in monument preservation and/or spatial planning
• Proven experience in project management and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as organizational talent
• Independent, proactive, and precise way of working with quick comprehension and resilience
• Very good German language skills, convincing written expression, and confidence in digital working
