Civil Registrar with Federal Diploma (40–100%)

For our client in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for a Civil Registrar with Federal Diploma (80–100%) starting immediately.

Your tasks

• Independent certification of civil status matters (births, acknowledgments of paternity, declarations of name, deaths, etc.)
• Carrying out marriage preparation procedures as well as weddings
• Issuing extracts from the civil status register
• Organization and coordination of funerals
• Advising and providing information to customers at the counter as well as by telephone

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Federal Diploma as a Civil Registrar (mandatory)
• Stylish oral and written expression
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct contact with different stakeholder groups
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and a confident appearance
