Job description
Group Leader (m/f/d) 60 - 80 % or Floater 40 - 80% for Opfikon and Dietlikon Location: Dietlikon and / or Opfikon Start of position: Negotiable, Winter 2026 / 2027 ; 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027 The Kita Wertvoll in Dietlikon and Opfikon is growing - therefore we are looking for committed employees by agreement. A group leader or a floater function. We design the workload flexibly according to your wishes and needs. It is important to us that you enjoy working with children and want to help shape our Kita everyday life with motivation. We are a family-like Kita, in which appreciation, respect and supportive cooperation are at the center. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an empathetic and motivated personality who actively accompanies the growth of our Kita and offers the children a loving and promoting environment. Your tasks

Leadership or establishment of a children's group
Pedagogical support and promotion of the children
Collaboration with parents, team colleagues and other specialists
Co-design and further development of everyday pedagogical life
Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks within the framework of the group leadership
Your profile

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ Kind or an equivalently recognized training
Reliability, sense of responsibility and initiative
Joy in working with children and in a team
Experience as a group leader is an advantage
Experience in the training of apprentices is welcome. If you have not yet completed the vocational trainer course, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to complete it with us.
