We are an innovative nonprofit company at the interface of social integration offers and services for the public. On behalf of the Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Integrationsdirektion (GSI) of the Canton of Bern, we are responsible for the strategic planning and the provision of measures for the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed persons.

In our KREA-Werkstätten, high-quality and sustainable sewing work and ceramic products are produced with loving manual labor. Around 40 participants work under the guidance of two division managers. Connected to the KREA-Werkstätten is a shop, which is operated with the support of the participants.

Your tasks are

• Business management of the two Krea-Werkstätten (sewing and ceramics)
• Implementation of divisional goals and strategies within the framework of company specifications
• Leading two division managers and 2-4 other employees/interns
• Budget responsibility
• Development of the sales strategy for the produced products within the framework of the marketing concept
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Product development and assortment design
• Coordination of the creative world of the atelier with the business management goals of the company
• Active cooperation in daily business and in the agogic guidance of the participants

Your profile
You have a completed tertiary-level education in the fields of business administration, sales or marketing and have already been able to gain several years of professional experience in a similar position. You have a basic manual vocational training and/or extensive manual experience. You think entrepreneurially, show high initiative and you implement what you set out to do. The sale of quality products is your specialty and you are well acquainted with the creation and compliance of divisional budgets. You are creative and also like to actively lend a hand in daily business. Working with a wide variety of people, especially those with a migration background, gives you pleasure. You work in a solution-oriented manner, are humorous, flexible and resilient.
