Job description
Childcare Specialist (EFZ) 40-60% from February/March 2027 or by arrangement Our new Kita NAKI Luzern is growing - and we are very happy about it! ? Since 1. August 2026, we have been caring for children in our new, bright and spacious premises in a central location in Luzern. Due to the pleasing development and the steadily increasing number of children, we would like to strengthen our wonderful team in Spring 2027 with a competent, motivated and warm-hearted specialist. The workload is 40-60% at the beginning. With the further development of the number of children, there is the possibility to increase the workload gradually up to a full-time workload. Therefore, we wish for a person who brings a certain flexibility regarding their workload and enjoys growing together with us and our location. This is NAKI The Kita NAKI Naturkind cares for children from the age of three months until they start school. Individual developmental support, the promotion of basic competencies as well as diverse experiences in the areas of movement, senses, creativity and practical life activities are particularly close to our hearts. Nature experiences, a rhythmical daily and annual routine as well as loving and reliable accompaniment of the children characterize our Kita everyday life. Loving and professional accompaniment and care of the children
Co-designing a rhythmical and seasonally adapted Kita everyday life
Designing age- and development-appropriate offers
Appreciative cooperation and contact maintenance with the parents
Independent and responsible working
Active co-design and further development of our still young location in Luzern
This is why you fit well with us

Completed training as Childcare Specialist EFZ, toddler educator, childhood pedagogue HF, social pedagogue or an equivalent recognized pedagogical training
Vocational trainer certificate and corresponding experience are an advantage
Warm, cheerful and communicative personality
Independent, reliable and humorous way of working
Flexibility regarding the working days and the possible future increase of the workload
Joy in nature and in being outdoors regularly with the children
Openness to getting to know our elementary pedagogical principles and supporting them in everyday life
