On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Assistant to support the human resources department in the administrative management of personnel and the monitoring of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the administrative monitoring of personnel files
• Participate in the management of employee entries, exits and changes
• Prepare HR documents (contracts, attestations, certificates, letters)
• Ensure the monitoring of absences, vacations and various administrative procedures
• Support the HR team in daily activities and ongoing projects
• Respond to employee requests and ensure the link with various interlocutors

Profile

• Commercial training completed by training or initial experience in human resources
• Experience in an HR administrative function, an asset
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
• Discretion, rigor and sense of service
