Since our founding in 1875, we have been owner-managed and have constantly developed further. To complement our team, we are looking for an Employee: Facility Management/Technical Services 60-80% as of November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You take over the professional cleaning of various properties in the cantons LU and NW
• You ensure well-maintained outdoor areas including garden facilities and, ideally, you can also perform small manual tasks.
• You are motivated for snow removal work and winter service and bring the necessary temporal flexibility for these tasks.
• You work independently and flexibly, alone and in a 2-person team.

What you bring with you

• Experience in maintenance and building cleaning
• Experience in the garden sector
• Basic knowledge in handling cleaning machines and materials
• Efficient and thorough way of working
• Quality is important to you
• Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
• Driving license Cat. B
• Good German language skills
