Assistant Educator 60% as of 1. October 2026 limited as maternity cover. The Kita Chinderstern Fehraltorf offers children from the age of three months until kindergarten entry a pedagogically optimal family-supplementary care option. It belongs to the kidéal Gruppe, which offers a holistic service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 of its own businesses in the regions of Zürich, Aargau and Basel. In the function of Assistant Educator, you implement the kidéal philosophy together with the employees of your group. Together with the team, you place the well-being of the child at the center and ensure age-specific promotion and individual accompaniment. In doing so, you will be accompanied and supported by the group leader. Your tasks

Co-responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
Co-responsibility for the coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the employees in your group
Support in the leadership of the group while complying with pedagogical norms and values
Professional and committed teamwork
Professional and close cooperation with the parents

Your qualifications

Diploma FaBe K or KKE (EU training only with CH recognition - BBT)
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Teamwork skills and motivation
Very good German skills
Flexibility, punctuality and reliability
