What you can achieve ###

• Logistic study planning in close coordination with other involved departments as well as support for the study physicians during study visits
• Preparation and execution of study visits as well as communication with the study participants
• Collection and documentation of study data in medical records, Source Documents, and CRFs as well as creation of Source Documents or updating and archiving of study documents
• Sample collection, processing, and shipping as well as ordering, preparation, administration, and return of study medications
• Contact person for external monitors and accompaniment of monitoring visits

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training as a nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) or a degree in a medical assistant profession
• Experience in the execution and coordination of clinical studies according to the Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Several years of experience in a larger team with study coordinators
• Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills as well as an exact and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good knowledge of English
