Our social counseling is part of this social responsibility. It supports employees with and without disabilities in professional, financial, legal, and personal matters. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as a Social Counselor for our VEBO location in Breitenbach.
This is what your new daily work routine with us looks like
Counseling and support of employees with disabilities regarding social, financial, legal, professional, and personal issues
Support of managers and employees in dealing with social topics, prevention, conflicts, and stressful situations
Coordination, triage, and networking with specialist agencies, authorities, municipalities, relatives, legal representatives, as well as internal departments
Professional documentation of consultations in compliance with data protection and confidentiality
Participation in work and project groups as well as involvement in the further development of concepts, professional standards, and internal processes
What we wish for you
Degree in Social Work FH
Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance, especially IV and EL
Experience in the counseling and support of people in demanding life situations
Interest in operational, social, and agogic issues in the environment of people with disabilities
Solution-oriented, empathetic, and discreet personality with high personal responsibility
Strong ability for interdisciplinary cooperation and networking
Good organizational and administrative skills, confident manner of expression as well as good MS Office skills
