In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Division which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a versatile Complex Case Specialist, in charge of the autonomous and proactive management of files in the processing of complex claims in the field of accident insurance (UVG).
The various missions awaiting you:
Completely manage the files of the assigned portfolio
Settlement and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of pensions
Collaborate with the different teams of the division in order to efficiently process German-speaking and French-speaking files
What makes you unique:
Federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent title
Several years of practical experience in the management of benefits in life insurance with good technical knowledge
Very good knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office)
Perfect mastery of German and French, both orally and in writing
