YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for professional, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based support of patients.
• Among your main tasks is participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures as well as the implementation of medical prescriptions.
• With us, you assume a lot of personal responsibility and autonomy in clinical decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE

• HF nursing training
• Several years of professional experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an acute hospital setting
• In-depth skills in patient education, interview techniques, as well as clinical decision-making
• Good command of German as well as proficiency with IT tools
• Your dynamic personality and respectful attitude towards patients, relatives, and colleagues complete your profile
