For our customers in the field of civil engineering and road construction, we are looking for an experienced and responsible foreman in road construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description ##

In this responsible role, you will independently lead and coordinate construction sites. You will schedule the construction site personnel, lead your team, and ensure that materials, machines, and equipment are available on schedule.

You will monitor the execution of the work according to plans and specifications, ensure quality, and pay attention to compliance with deadlines as well as the applicable safety regulations. As a contact person for construction management, clients, and your team, you will contribute significantly to the successful progress of the projects. With your organizational talent and solution-oriented way of working, you will maintain an overview even in demanding situations.

We expect ##

You have completed vocational training in the construction industry as well as further training as a foreman. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering and have already been able to gain initial leadership experience.

You work in an organized manner, take on responsibility, and convince with your reliable and solution-oriented nature. Good German language skills in speaking and writing are required. A category B driver's license is an advantage.
