• Ideally professional experience as a concrete plant operator or sound knowledge in the field of construction materials - Interest in technology as well as technical skill - Careful, reliable and a team player; preferably in customer contact - Resilient, flexible, the ability to work independently - MS Office knowledge is an advantage (or the willingness to acquire it) - Good German skills are mandatory

Field of activity

• Professional operation of the concrete plant for the production of concrete according to recipe specifications - Ensuring flawless product quality - First point of contact for customers at the counter - Timely ordering of concrete additives - Maintenance of the concrete and rail loading plant (care, maintenance etc.) - Assistance with various all-rounder activities on the plant area
