SANTIS Training AG offers practical programs for vocational integration at five locations in German-speaking Switzerland on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and the Unemployment Insurance (ALV). Our goal is to sustainably support people in (re-)entering the primary labor market.
For our Oensingen location, we are looking for a committed personality as a Job Coach / Placement Officer/in, starting by agreement. In this role, you will actively accompany and support IV-insured young people and adults in their job search. You are responsible for the targeted acquisition of internships and jobs and work closely with companies to create sustainable integration solutions.
Your tasks:
Acquisition and placement of internships and jobs in the Canton of Solothurn and the surrounding regions
Coaching our participants in their job search
Support for companies and internship participants
Regular progress meetings, also on-site at the placement companies
Network building and maintenance of companies
Case-related administration and reporting
Your profile:
Proven track record as a Job Coach or Placement Officer/in with very good knowledge of the labor market, HR, or social insurance
Experience in the acquisition of placement positions and/or jobs as well as good networking in the economy
High persuasiveness, communication skills, as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
Winning, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness
Very good PC skills (MS Office, job portals, and social media)
