School Assistant, Tagesschule Blumenfeld, 34 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a school assistant in instruction at Tagesschule Blumenfeld as of 01.12.2026.

Tasks ##

• Accompaniment and simple guidance of classes and/or individual students in daily school life
• Co-shaping positive social and learning-promoting relationships with and between the students
• Simple administrative and organizational work at the class level (e.g., absence lists)
• Maintenance, tidying up, and providing materials (e.g., teaching materials etc.)
• You perform the workload of 34% on 3 days per week as follows: Monday: 08.30-15.00 Uhr Wednesday: 07.30-12.00 Uhr Friday: 08.00-13.30 Uhr No assignments are planned during school holidays.

Profile ##

• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and basic PC user knowledge (e.g., Word, Outlook)
• Experience in dealing with children and adolescents, patience and resilience
• Good communication skills, openness to new and surprising situations, confident appearance
• Good social skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
• Confidentiality and discretion towards the outside as well as willingness to undergo further training in pedagogical topics
