Whether it's a sold-out arena, a company event, or a concert night: when the doors open, every movement in the kitchen must be precise. With the PILATUS ARENA in the Krienser Trendquartier Mattenhof, we operate the most modern midsize arena in Switzerland – space for up to 4’500 guests. To ensure our guests enjoy themselves from the very first moment, we are looking for you: a personality who understands their craft, rolls up their sleeves, and keeps a cool head even when every minute counts.

To strengthen our event team, we are looking for the following, effective immediately or by arrangement:

Cook EFZ / EBA (w/m/d) – 60-80%

What you will do

You cook with passion and ensure that every event is culinarily convincing:
Preparation of hot and cold dishes – from pre-production to service
Mise en place and setup of temporary kitchen stations (food stalls, buffets, catering)
Co-responsibility for a smooth workflow in the kitchen area
Support in production, plating, and food service
Care and proper handling of equipment, food, and goods
Compliance with food regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Support with setup and dismantling work related to the events

What you bring

You master your craft, maintain an overview under pressure, and enjoy pitching in:
Completed training as a Cook EFZ / EBA or equivalent
Experience in the event or catering sector is an advantage
Resilient, clean, and structured way of working – even under time pressure
Knowledge of food regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Hands-on mentality, flexibility, and team spirit
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Readiness for planned evening and weekend shifts
