Tasks

• Personal hub: You take over the holistic (commercial and technical) management of a fixed real estate portfolio and are the direct, trusted contact person for owners, tenants, and craftsmen.
• On-site presence: You carry out apartment handovers and takeovers with tact and a smile.
• Value preservation with intelligence: You coordinate repairs and minor renovations in an uncomplicated manner and in close consultation with the owners.
• Administrative diligence: From the rental agreement to processing terminations, you handle administration reliably and fairly.

Qualifications

• Professional pride & experience: You have a commercial or technical basic education and bring several years of experience (at least 5 years) in Swiss real estate management (a federal diploma is nice, but your sound practice and your attitude are more important to us).
• Relationship talent: You communicate with style in German, listen actively, and always find an honest, pragmatic solution, even when facing challenges.
• Team player mentality: In a small team, everyone helps everyone – you enjoy pitching in and appreciate flat hierarchies.
• Mobility: You have your own vehicle for on-site visits.
