Dipl. Pflegefachperson for short-term care (50-100 %)

For the establishment of a new residential area in the field of short-term care with 14 places, a committed and qualified nursing professional is sought.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed tertiary education in the nursing field (dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent)
• Professional experience in long-term or acute care
• Joy and commitment in working with people in need of care, elderly people
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of the Swiss German language

Tasks ##

• Active participation in the establishment of the new short-term care area
• Responsibility for needs-based care as well as support of the residents after the opening
• Assumption of the nursing process as well as MDS coordination as a reference person
• Holding shift responsibility in the residential area
• Care and support according to the principles of Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Palliative Care and Validation
