We are strengthening our team! In this temporary role as a commercial employee, you have the opportunity to decisively support the HR department.

Commercial Employee 60-80% (m/f/d) - 12 months

What you achieve

• You digitize, structure and maintain personnel documents in our systems.

You are responsible for the mandatory security check processes.

• You revise HR templates in German, French, Italian and English.
• You take over recurring HR administration tasks.
• You organize the archiving of personnel files.
• You support the maintenance and updating of our e-learnings as well as the coordination of translations.
• You standardize course descriptions on our Learning Manager system.
• You coordinate reminders, certificates of attendance and other administrative tasks related to training and further education.

What you bring

• With your completed commercial basic training EFZ, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile task.
• Initial experience in an administrative environment helps you to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German - both orally and in writing. French and English skills are a welcome plus.
• You use the common Microsoft Office applications securely and efficiently; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• You work independently, carefully and on schedule and enjoy process-oriented activities.
• Thanks to your strong planning and organizational skills, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You convince with a flexible, reliable and humorous personality and contribute to positive cooperation in the team.
