Your tasks at the new employer:

• Independent implementation of care and support services, involving the resources of the clients
• Planning and implementation of assignments, taking individual needs and organizational processes into account
• Active cooperation with the team, the management and external partners for optimal care of the clients
• Conscientious and complete care documentation

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as a specialist in health care (FaGe) EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of independent, responsible work in an outpatient setting
• Able to work in a team, flexible and open to every day that is different
• Motivation, empathy and professional appearance when dealing with clients
