In Haus Fortuna, adults with sometimes severe cognitive and multiple impairments live. These people are the focus of everyday work in the adult residential groups of the St. Josef-Stiftung. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an

Your area of responsibility ###

• Holistic accompaniment, support, and care of the clients in all matters of everyday life and leisure
• Support of the clients in the sense of social participation and inclusion
• Collaboration in agogic process design and in developments of the institution
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team and with other specialists

Your profile ###

• Training as FaBe, FaGe or Sozialpädagoge*in
• Initial professional experience in working with people with impairments
• A resilient, healthy personality with empathy, sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and flexibility
