For our head office in Bremgarten as well as our seven other locations in the Canton of Aargau, we are looking for a reliable, committed and technically proficient personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this versatile function, you ensure the smooth operation and safety of our locations and properties. Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring continuous facilities management as well as the technical and infrastructural facilities at our locations
• Execution of minor repair, maintenance and upkeep work
• Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen, specialist companies and service providers
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations, operational specifications and standards
• Performing the function as Safety Officer (SIBE) for the operation and the associated properties
• Recognizing safety and maintenance needs as well as initiating suitable measures
• Organization and coordination of maintenance and servicing work
• Creation and maintenance of overviews, documentation and protocols
• Taking over general organizational and administrative tasks in the area of facilities management and safety

Your profile

You have completed training in the field of facilities management, technology or a comparable qualification (at least EFZ) and ideally bring practical experience in a similar function.

You will also convince us through:

• Completed further training as a Safety Officer (SIBE) – mandatory requirement
• Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Manual dexterity and a strong practical mindset
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license and own vehicle for the care of our various properties

You enjoy working independently, maintain an overview even with different tasks and enjoy taking responsibility for a safe and functioning operation.
