As part of a long-term temporary mission, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for a

Scheduler (M/F) - Imperative experience in After-Sales Service in the watchmaking sector

Your mission:

• Ensure the preparation and launch of production orders (OF) in all workshops in close coordination with planning
• Ensure the update of the information system in accordance with production activities
• Ensure the "tournée du laitier" (milk run) within the workshops
• Manage priorities and guarantee the update of TMVs
• Participate in regular communications in production

Required technical skills:

• Good to very good mastery of office tools (MS-Office)
• Practice of an ERP, ideally SAP
• Knowledge of main logistical notions

Your profile:

• CFC or title deemed equivalent in Supply chain
• 2 years of experience in production management in an industrial production environment, ideally in an After-Sales Service.
• Ability to adapt to technical and industrial evolution
• Team spirit

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Analytical and synthesis skills
