As part of the development of our architecture and real estate development office in Corminboeuf, we are looking for an organized, autonomous, and versatile person to strengthen our team in daily administrative management.

Your tasks

You will notably be in charge of :

Management of telephone calls and e-mailsWriting and formatting of letters and documentsManagement of incoming and outgoing mailOrganization and follow-up of appointmentsFiling and management of administrative filesPreparation and sending of requests for quotationsFollow-up of various files related to construction projectsGeneral administrative support to managementVarious secretarial tasks according to the needs of the office

Your profile

Commercial training, CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent trainingExperience in an administrative or secretarial positionVery good mastery of French, oral and writtenGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, notably Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent organization and ability to manage several files simultaneouslyAutonomous, reliable, precise and proactive personEase in telephone contacts and with clientsExperience in an architecture office, a construction company, a real estate agency or a similar field constitutes a real advantage
