Your tasks

• You lead and organize the administration team and ensure smooth processes in day-to-day business.
• You are the business card of our house and the first contact person for residents, relatives, and guests.
• You ensure correct resident billing and monitor administrative financial processes.
• You coordinate apartment viewings, accompany interested parties, and are co-responsible for the rental of our apartments and care rooms.
• You support the management with organizational, administrative, and business management tasks.
• You actively participate in the optimization and further development of our administrative processes.
• You support the HR manager with various tasks in personnel administration.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification as well as further training in human resources
• Several years of professional experience in administration and HR, preferably in the long-term care sector
• You always encounter other people with a smile and appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation
• You enjoy interacting with elderly people and working with different stakeholders
• You think in networks, recognize connections, and understand operational processes
