M365 Service Owner (a) [Ref:2811]

Your tasks

• Further development of the Microsoft 365 landscape and co-shaping the future direction of the platform
• Recording requirements from the specialist departments and translating them into meaningful, implementable solutions
• Support in the elaboration of new M365 solutions - on both the functional and technical sides
• Planning and accompanying introductions and roll-outs, initially with a focus on SharePoint Online
• Ensuring that new solutions are cleanly integrated into the existing IT environment and that data protection regulations are complied with
• Coordination with internal specialist departments, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders during the entire implementation
• Functional coordination within the team as well as close cooperation with various areas within the organization

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in the Product Owner environment, ideally in larger or more complex organizations
• Very good knowledge regarding Microsoft 365 and a technical understanding that goes beyond pure application
• Good understanding of how processes, systems, and people interact
• Strong communication personality with experience in moderation and in dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Further training in the field of Product Ownership or project management as well as an MS-900 certification are an additional plus
