On behalf of the Canton of Schwyz and the Schwyz municipalities, komin provides professional services in the area of migration and integration. The focuses of our activities are in counseling and information, education, project and public relations work, as well as networking with municipal and cantonal partners.

To strengthen our management, we are looking for an experienced and committed leadership personality as of 1 March 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks as Head of Department ###

• Strategic further development of communication and public relations
• Responsibility for media work, online presence and external communication
• Leadership and professional support of employees in the areas of counseling, projects and public relations
• Planning and implementation of information events and workshops
• Conception, application and management of projects
• Cooperation and networking with contract municipalities and partner institutions

Your tasks as Deputy Management ###

• Representation of the management in the event of absence
• Shared responsibility for the overall operational management of the organization
• Participation in strategic further development and organizational development
• Budget and resource planning in cooperation with the management
• Leadership and development of employees
• Cooperation with the board and contractual partners

Your profile ###

• University degree or comparable qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Communication or related fields
• Leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility, ideally in the

Non-Profit or social sector

• Experience in project management and business administration knowledge
• Strategic thinking and organizational strength
• High social and communication competence
• Intercultural sensitivity as well as interest in integration, education and anti-discrimination topics
