Group Leader / Maternity Cover wanted - with heart and mind! ? 50 - 80 % workload | for the Uster location | Start November 2026 limited until June 2027 About us Unsere Champions Deutschland/Schweiz operates modern daycare centers with a clear pedagogical concept: We promote every child individually and create a loving, safe environment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Fachfrau Betreuung EFZ, who works with heart and professional competence. Your tasks

Care and promotion of children in infancy and toddler age.
Building a trusting relationship as a primary caregiver.
Planning and implementation of pedagogical activities.
Observation and documentation of development (portfolio work).
Co-designing the room layout and hygiene.
Collaboration with parents and participation in team meetings.
Support of the group leader and representation during absences.
Your profile

Completed training as Fachfrau Betreuung EFZ.
Experience in the care of children in a Kita.
Teamwork skills, empathy and strong communication.
Readiness for open and constructive cooperation.
Reliability and sense of responsibility.
