What you will do with us

• Substantive and administrative leadership of the office, collaboration in the board
• Accompanying volunteers from the initial inquiry to their return
• Conducting weekends for preparation and follow-up
• Planning and conducting workshops, presence at events
• Public relations via homepage, newsletter and social media
• Coordination of network work with relevant organizations.

What you bring with you

• Education at tertiary level, preferably in the social sector
• Leadership experience in volunteer work, intercultural international experience
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Motivation to work in the context of the Catholic Church
• Ability to work in a team as well as administrative and organizational skills
• High level of initiative as well as good communication skills.
