Assistant Cook

The employer is looking for a:

Assistant Cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• cleaning and tidying of the premises and kitchen spaces, utensils, tableware, equipment, etc.
• preparation of breakfasts and cold kitchen
• assistance to the chefs in the preparation of dishes for various customer segments (à la carte, seminar, banquets and events)
• assistance to the operational activities manager and the Management for various types of work
• assistance in the self-control system

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• knowledge of current hygienic regulations
• ability to perform the mentioned tasks
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• employment from 10 - 100% (hourly work, on call)
• employment from 01.11.2026, fixed term until 31.03.2027
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
