In this responsible role as Employee Counselor / Case Manager (80%) (m/f/d), you will actively support the performance of our team in an environment characterized by trust. Become part of our self-organized team and actively help shape a healthy, inclusive working atmosphere.Your TasksYou advise and accompany employees confidentially and empathetically in complex professional and private life situations.You support line managers as well as People & Culture specialists (HR) in a solution-oriented manner with demanding questions.You actively manage the entire case management process for successful reintegration after long absences.You independently take over all administration and efficiently network all internal and external stakeholders.You maintain an active, professional exchange with the relevant Swiss social insurances.You work proactively and at eye level in a modern, self-organized team environment.You actively contribute to site-specific care team assignments and internal projects.Who You AreEducation & Further Training: You have a completed university degree in psychology or social work as well as further training in solution-oriented counseling or case management.Professional Experience: You bring several years of sound experience in the counseling or case management field, ideally in the Swiss context.Language Competence: You communicate with stylistic confidence in German (native level) and possess excellent English skills in spoken and written form.Personality: You are characterized by high flexibility, a reflective feedback culture, and negotiation skills in dealing with various stakeholder groups.Way of Working: You value administrative accuracy (Google Suite/MS Office) and bring a healthy dose of humor as well as enjoyment of teamwork.This position is initially limited to one year, with the option for permanent employment.Ready for the next step?
