Le groupe altage is a family company active in the management of medico-social establishments and intermediate structures. Works Manager - Real Estate Portfolio Manager

CDI at 50%

Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed

Workplace: Vuiteboeuf (Nord Vaudois)

Your mission will be to :

• Participate in meetings with various contractors
• Make requests for offers
• Monitor work and ensure financial follow-up
• Manage the real estate portfolio
• Propose improvements
• Ensure contact and follow-up with management companies for rental properties

Your profile :

• Experience as a works manager indispensable
• Mastery of basic IT tools
• Sense of organization and responsibility
• Spirit of initiative and autonomy
• Comfortable in communication
• Driver's license
