Our client is an independent occupational pension foundation based in Bern. SMEs from all over Switzerland trust the sustainable pension solutions of the foundation. A total of nearly 20 employees work at the modern business headquarters in Bern. On an exclusive mandate, we are looking for a Team Leader Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Pension Fund (workload: 80%) for our client.

Your area of responsibility:
In this new key function, you are decisively responsible for the further development of the pension fund in the market and responsible for:

• Functional and personnel leadership of the customer service area
• Ensuring customer retention and customer acquisition
• Personal advice & support of corporate clients and brokers
• Customer visits throughout Switzerland
• Elaborating pension solutions and offers including presentation to the customer
• Market observation and market analysis
• Preparation of business for the foundation board and participation in its meetings

Your profile:
The rapid and successful assumption of the above-mentioned tasks requires:

• Mandatory professional experience in the environment of pensions, social insurance or collective personal insurance
• Experience in occupational pension schemes is an advantage
• Further training in the areas of marketing, sales or occupational pension schemes is an advantage
• Native German; good French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
• Cheerful, winning and customer-oriented personality
• Enjoyment and experience in handling modern IT tools
