If you have an EFZ in retail and are very knowledgeable about mobile phones, we are looking for exactly you to work in a Swisscom Shop. Here you will advise Swisscom customers regarding the latest smartphones, subscriptions, and gadgets. With your open manner and your expertise, you will work together with a motivated team to ensure enthusiastic faces in the shop.

Your mission:

• Enthusiastic advice to customers in selecting the perfect smartphone and accessories
• Receipt and processing of customer requests and complaints
• Careful checking of orders and deliveries
• Attractive presentation of the products in the shop

Qualifications

• Completed training (EFZ/ EBA) in retail / sales
• Service-oriented and enjoyment of customer contact and sales
• (CH)-German as a native language and good English skills
• Sympathetic appearance with an impeccable reputation
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
