What you can achieve ###

• Ensuring a smooth administrative interface between the cardiac catheterization laboratory (HKL) and the ward
• Preparation, organization, and administrative support for interdisciplinary meetings and discussions
• Support for the medical staff and the treatment team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Completion of general administrative and organizational secretarial work
• Coordination of information, appointments, and processes in cooperation with the various internal contact persons

What you bring with you ###

• Completed commercial training or training in the healthcare sector with commercial further training
• Experience in a support, assistant, or secretarial function, preferably in a hospital environment
• Team-oriented personality with a structured, proactive, and pragmatic way of working
• Stylistically confident German language skills as well as good French and English skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills and an independent way of working
• Preferred working days: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
