On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for a Data Analyst / Expert Data Intelligence (f/m/d) responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the decision-making solutions necessary for managing the activities of the Infrastructure Directorate, the valuation of data, and the continuous improvement of asset performance.

Your mission

• Analyze business needs and translate them into suitable indicators, data models, and decision-making solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve operational, tactical, and strategic dashboards under Power BI.
• Integrate, ensure the reliability of, historize, and model data from heterogeneous sources, notably through APIs and real-time flows.
• Develop advanced and predictive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and performance improvement levers.
• Administer the Power BI platform, ensure the management of authorizations and licenses, supervise performance, and guarantee the quality, security, and traceability of data.

Your profile
----------

• Ideally 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Intelligence in complex environments.
• Mastery of Power BI at an advanced level, notably DAX, Power Query, data modeling, semantic models, and performance optimization.
• Excellent mastery of SQL as well as good mastery of Python (panda and scikit-learn), notably for advanced and predictive analyses.
• Mastery of data integration from multiple sources, APIs, real-time flows, as well as the principles of data quality, security, and traceability.
• Possession of a good understanding of the challenges of operational performance, maintenance, and asset reliability in technical or industrial environments.
• Demonstration of autonomy, rigor, and analytical spirit, with a capacity to advise business units and present complex subjects clearly.
