• Management of the offer of labor market measures
• Maintenance of processes and procedures in the area of project administration
• Monitoring and controlling the occupancy of labor market measures as well as taking over all administrative tasks in connection with the participants
• Examination of individual requests as well as drafting first-instance decisions
• Cooperation with various departments of KIGA and the implementing institutions as well as communication with insured persons and involved third parties

Your background

• Completed vocational training or completed studies
• Interest in social and legal issues as well as high social competence
• Independent way of working, sense of responsibility and overview even with different tasks and under time pressure
• Precise written expression and strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience in adult education or in the social insurance sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
