What awaits you

• You actively approach potential customers and build your own network - especially in technical sectors such as industry, logistics, transport and building technology
• You find the right specialists for temporary and permanent positions and accompany them through the entire application process
• You conduct interviews, check the vibe between candidates and client companies and bring both sides together
• You are the contact person for -your- candidates - from the first message to the assignment
• You take care of the surrounding administration (contracts, dossiers & Co.)
• You keep an eye on the market and recognize new opportunities before others do

What you bring

• Salesperson DNA - you like approaching people and stick with it even after the first -No-
• A good sense for people and a genuine interest in helping job seekers
• Communication talent, reliability and the drive to close things
• Initial experience in personnel consulting is a plus
• Interest in or knowledge of technical professions, so that you know what your candidates are talking about
• An independent, structured way of working
• Proficient German, other languages are a bonus
