Cleaner Facility Management (35%)

Facility Management is integrated into the Services Directorate. With its various services, it ensures the operation of the OST and makes a fundamental contribution to the successful development of the university. We are looking for you as Cleaner Facility Management (35%) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. As a cleaner in Facility Management, you will support the smooth operation of the university of applied sciences together with the team. You ensure clean and well-maintained premises and thus make an important contribution to a pleasant study, research and working environment. Careful and resource-conscious handling of material and infrastructure is a central part of your activity. ###

Your tasks

• Cleaning and care of the assigned rooms according to the cleaning plan
• Ensuring the availability of consumables in the rooms
• Maintaining the required cleaning and hygiene standard with the correct cleaning methods and techniques

Your qualification

• Training in the field of building cleaning
• Several years of professional experience
• good German language skills in speaking and writing
• resilience and flexibility
• independent, exact, efficient and proactive way of working
• ability to work in a team
