About Our Client ##

Our client is an established company with a professional and collegial working environment. The position is designed as a temporary assignment for 6 months with an option for extension and should ideally be filled in the short term.

Job Description ##

• Support in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial accounting
• Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing and monitoring of payment transactions
• Collaboration on monthly and quarterly closings
• Carrying out account reconciliations and clarifying discrepancies
• Support with financial reports, analyses, and evaluations
• Maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
• Taking over general administrative tasks in accounting

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training or further education in finance and accounting
• Initial experience in an accounting or junior accounting function
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
• Structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
• Quick comprehension and high initiative
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
