YOUR TASKS ##

• You are our first business card: warm reception by telephone, by email and on-site
• Check-in and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient patients
• Professional management of payments, mail, cash desks and internal processes
• Participation in internal processes such as on-call lists, employee offers or process improvements
• Cooperation with colleagues from various departments - always with the goal that our patients feel well taken care of

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Commercial basic training and several years of experience at the reception, ideally in a hospital or in high-end hospitality
• Very good German skills and good English skills are a must-criterion, Italian skills are a big plus. All other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Enjoyment of direct guest contact, resilience and a professional appearance even in hectic situations
• Organizational talent, flexibility and IT affinity
• Openness to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape processes
