For one of our clients, a renowned hospital establishment located in the Lausanne region, we are recruiting Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC) for short and long-term temporary missions within somatic and psychiatric care services.

Temporary missions in a hospital environment

Your mission ##

Within multidisciplinary teams, you will actively participate in the global care of patients and ensure quality care in compliance with institutional protocols.

Your main responsibilities:

• Providing basic care and delegated medico-technical care.
• Accompanying patients in activities of daily living.
• Observing the health status of patients and transmitting relevant information to the nursing team.
• Participating in the implementation of individualized care projects.
• Collaborating closely with nurses, doctors, and other health professionals.
• Ensuring the traceability of care and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your profile ##

• CFC as Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC) or a diploma deemed equivalent and recognized in Switzerland.
• Mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
• Available quickly for punctual or long-term missions.
