Temporary support in portal management & support (1 December - 31 March), 80-100% #

VZ is the leading independent financial service provider in Switzerland. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and advise our customers comprehensively and neutrally. We are looking for temporary support for our pension funds at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zürich.

What awaits you with us ##

• Administrative and telephone support in the VZ Firmenportal Support team.
• Review and processing of applications for portal use as well as creation and management of user accounts.

What you bring with you ##

• You are IT-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Experience in telephone and written customer contact is an advantage.
• Careful and reliable way of working with recurring tasks.
• Very good German skills (oral and written), further language skills in French and English are an advantage.
